Civil I agree with you on the hollandaise sauce, lots of work to make it. I found a great hollandaise recipe that is simple easy and quick. all ingredients in a blender. 1 of the best hollandaise sauces I have had, If your interested I'll share it.

Thanks Ryan, the wife has them down and the sauce and the a recent addition of the wiped cream cheese has made them very tasty! We had them again this past Sunday except with pear instead of apple....Just yum!
