Got a TT at Winco when we were in TX. Not bad for $17

Seasoned and ready for the kettle tomorrow.

Got a couple in the freezer right now!
So I’m guessing that when yours is done I will be getting one out for us. Those guys are hard to beat!

Tri tip has quickly become a family favorite for us. It's one of the few meals that we all agree on, including the five year old and both two year olds.

I have 3 in the freezer right now. They go on sale every few weeks here and I rarely pass on it.

I'm curious to see how this is done / turns out. I don't have but maybe 4-5 tri tips under my belt and they've all been smoked on the pellet pooper then seared off. Today I'm trying a store bought coffee rub as opposed to SPOG, and am going to use the slo n sear on the kettle.

Cooked to perfection! Nice job and I'm sure it tasted great! How do you like the HR garlic butter flavor?

Keith

Thanks all.

The Riles line of rubs are good, i get them at Rural King and Academy.
