Cooked up a dry aged tri-tip for dinner from our favourite butcher. Used a rub I use for brisket on it an ran with mesquite wood.

Nice & tender and tasty.

We had picked up a Greek salad and made a loaf of oatmeal bread as accompaniments.

Yum.

We are trying to figure out to make the salad ourselves newt time.

Totally understand.

Back in the day when my wife and I could eat pasta, we made several attempts to replicate the pasta salad we bought from our local grocer's deli. It took awhile, but we finally got it.

Now adays, we just keep it very simple.

Oh yea, that is a good looking meal right there!
Love TT, just hard to get around here & expensive!
