I have a household of 2 so large cuts of meat are tough for me. Not wanting to waste items you know how it goes. I was going to purchase some untrimmed tri tip roast maybe a 6 lber. .. Any tips on cooking it or trimming it? Was going to smoke it in the mb 560.
