Spring not here yet. Cold outside. Smokin' inside in the fireplace.

Tri-Tip roast with garlic cloves and rub. Kosher salt & pepper.

Now that is using your head when the weather isn't playing nice. Next house will have a big fireplace for days so I can get a MES or similar in there.
