I suggest smf change your badge to the tritip king. I’ve not seen anyone that has a way with a tritip like Flatboke.

Thank you. I didn’t have a probe on the grate. The guage on my smoker was at 250. They cooked approximately 1.5 hrs to 1.75 hrs.
