I used to take a folding little chief on my Alaska trips and it worked great for smoking salmon. Gave it away and regret it. So I found a Smoke’n fold smoker on eBay for my next trip up there. Anyone use one of these? They’re discontinued and doesn’t seem to be much info on them. I converted my old one to propane for remote use, but found I usually had access to power. Also have a generator now. So plan to leave it electric.
Looks like in the pics I could find, they used a sawdust consistency chips? I use chunks in my big home smoker. Anyone have a good source for those fine chips?
