I have had a pro 22 for a few years now and it has been a good cooker. I have noticed all my cooks seem to get done quicker than what most people say it should on this forum and other places on the net. I recently got an Inkbird monitor and have noticed some insane temp swings. I know its supposed to he plus or minus 15* which it can do at 225*, but at 250* it has shot up to 286* and on 275* I have seen 306*. It is difficult to cook any higher than 225 as the temps are way too high. Ive debated getting a Savannah Stoker controller replacement to try and get better temps. Has anyone had success with their controller or has anyone solved the crazy temp swing issue with the factory controller? My controller is the digital display with two temp probe ports.
