Never smoked before, but I'm ready to give it a go after some buddies have got into it and amazed me with their food. I'm up in Alaska, and just got home with a new Masterbuilt 30 digital electric smoker, thinking that's the easiest way to get into smoking without screwing it up. I've already been pouring through the forums - thanks in advance for helping out the FNG (F'ing New Guy)
