The secret to my beef fajitas are real pineapple juice (Dole not from concentrate) and soy sauce... and the other fajita seasoning spices I throw in the marinade.

But man the flavor of the pineapple juice and soy sauce in/on beef is astounding!!!

I always overlook pineapple juice.. Had been living with someone that couldn't have that and it fell out of favor.
Good on cottage cheese .. and with fried ham slices.

I don't use it a lot. I don't like the taste of Pineapples but I can stand the taste of Pineapple juice in drinks and used in marinades. Sounds odd aye.

I'm also do not care for Mango's but if it is lightly used in a Mango Salsa, Slaw, or the juice used in something I'm fine with it.
 
IF they are all the same price, order would be Top round, then Sirloin tip, eye of round, and last would be bottom round.

IF the difference is $1 /lb, go with whatever is cheapest.
