Too big? Is this possible for a smoker?

I have a virgin 6x3 foot tank and a estimated 350 gallon propane tank on it's way. Building this rig to cater some fundraisers that will be between 1500 and 5000 people. Is it possible to over do it when it comes to size? How do i estimate size of hot box to support these big tanks? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Some where on this Forum there is a calculator for the firebox. I think MattS has that or he can help you out. Good Luck!!
