Got some SD bread mixed up.

Started my water and 50g active starter, 320g filtered water.
Mix together good, if its still kinda clumpy thats ok

KA/AP , 9g fine sea salt, 1.5 tsp diastatic malted barley flour.
Mixed together good before adding to starter water.

Now add the flour to the starter. Mix until its hard for the fork, them mix by hand.
It going to autolyse, cover for 30 mins.

After 30 mins mix easy to a small round.
Cover and bulk rise for 12 hours.

Get rid of that fork and do yourself a favor and buy one of these, they work great for combining dry to wet flour for bread, pizza dough, pancakes, waffles or cookie dough and they are cheap.

20 mins with lid on, now 20 with lid off.

The recipe is for 1 large loaf but i divided for 2 small
