What poundage? 22's? I like 'em but they are different tastes to me from 14ozs, to 22ozs. They brown/ crisp really well with the thinner skins.

The reason I asked, not all Cornish hens weigh the same, I have 14's and 22's in the freezer  I think there is standard weights or they round off.

  How much did they end up weighing? & you said the lemon pepper one didn't have any lemon flavor?

I never did end up weighing them.

I used a store bought lemon pepper and used it lightly.  I couldn't taste it.
