Just purchased a Master Forge Double Door Propane Smoker and attempting my first smoke of baby back ribs as I'm writting this. I followed all the instructions & did all the rub of the meat. however, I'm a little confused about, do I keep adding water to the pan as it evaporates and do I keep adding more wood chuncks as they burn out ? tried reading on line but unable to find asnwers. Any help would be appreciated.
