How do you like yours sliced for burgers and sandwiches? Do you like them peeled or not? For me, I like them sliced almost paper thin, certainly less than a ¼" thick, and I don't cut the skin off. My best friend likes them ½" thick or so and always cuts the skin off of home grown tomatoes, but not always with store bought ones.
