Hi David!!The last of this years tomatoes getting vacuum sealed in my Vac Master. I sure do like that thing.
I freeze them. Normally I would blanch and peel before freezing/ This time i am trying skin on. I use them in cooking. The same as you would use canned tomatoes.
Hi David!!
I never tried that with tomatoes.
What do you do with them after sealing---Fridge---Freeze???
How long do they last & what are they like after whatever you do with them?

OK---Dang-it----Thought maybe you had some way of saving a fresh tomato without ruining it. I only like tomatoes fresh, and mostly in a BLT.

Happy smoken.

If you find a way to keep them as if they were fresh let me know and we will both be rich

I wish I had room to store up a bunch. But
Mule those look great, ya wish there was a way to store fresh tomato's so in my case I eat them as fast as they come on so I am my own storage container. LOL

Yes it is Martin. When I first bought it I ordered 4000 bags of different sizes from Lisa. I thought that would be a life time supply. I had been using a food saver. I use to drag out the food saver. Now my Vacmaster has a home on the kitchen counter. The up front price was up their. Now it is free after you figure the price of the bags and the amount of food I have savedSure is convenient, ain't it? I use mine almost every day.
