Could not waste a beautiful day here in Pennsylvania. Almost 60 degrees. Rubbed this with Chef Jimmy J's Mild Bubba Q Rub. Smoked at 225  until 140 internal using pit masters choice pellets. Turned out great. Very juicy and even passed the ultimate test in my house, my 4 yr old daughter asked for more! 


Juicy!


Smoke ring barely noticeable, but it's there.

That looks really good!!!

We just had salad tonight....spinach, bacon, boiled eggs, craisins, walnuts...hit the spot but would have been better with a few slices of that tenderloin!
