Todays breakfast sandwich of choice is

Smoked corned beef on egg and toast with smoked butter and topped with apple cold smoked Colby jack cheese.

I melted the cheese in the toaster oven and also have a nice big cup of PEETS Sumatra dark roast and the temps are warming up lol
