Tn resident new to the forum

I am Glenn or also known as Santa and have been smoking since the 80s mostly for great food although a couple competitions back in the day.

My ultimate goal is to someday in the near future start a successful BBQ restaurant with a Christmas theme. ( I am Santa so what else would you expect)
