Hey Fellas, just looking to see if anyone has any good tips or tricks for thawing pork shoulders that I may not have heard of or tried. I have to thaw 3- 2 packs of shoulders and don't really have room in the sink for an ice bath. I have them in the fridge now, but figured I would check. There are always new ideas flying around here

Sink or fridge are really the only safe ways. You don't need ice in the sink. Just change the water out every 30min to an hour. You can use a large cooler in place of the sink if you need the room but do it inside and not out in the heat
