Cabot sale hit here today . $2.28 for 8 oz. chunk .
That's probably close to what we'll see this year. We used to get it for a 1.50/8oz block.

Looks fantastic. I just did 8 lbs this past weekend. First weekend cold enough to do it. Just in time to be ready for turkey day.
Thanks, yep that time of year. Probably will do another batch when I get some time.

Excellent Jim!! We love smoked cheese, but I've never done it so maybe this will nudge me in that direction...

Looks great Jim, that should hold you for a week or three :emoji_sunglasses:

Something I have not tried yet, more of a melted in or on the food kind of cheese people.

But I should at least try some for cheese balls or similer once I get back to some smoking time.

Thanks David, nothing wrong with some melted cheese, grilled cheese is one of my favorites.

Yup temps are just right here. Time to stock up on some Cabot's Wildly Horseradish and get it in the MES.
I found it in a mom and pop grocery two hours away but can’t find it in the big stores they have the other flavors🤬
