Time for smoked cheese

Cabot sale hit here today . $2.28 for 8 oz. chunk .

That's probably close to what we'll see this year. We used to get it for a 1.50/8oz block.

Something I have not tried yet, more of a melted in or on the food kind of cheese people.

But I should at least try some for cheese balls or similer once I get back to some smoking time.

Yup temps are just right here. Time to stock up on some Cabot's Wildly Horseradish and get it in the MES.

I found it in a mom and pop grocery two hours away but can’t find it in the big stores they have the other flavors
