I wasn’t sure which forum to post this in, but I made up a compound butter for tonight’s steaks.
Salted butter, fresh thyme, roasted garlic granules, onion powder, and smoked Gouda cheese powder. I hope it works out well!

Nice . I just did some with a hatch chili / white cheddar seasoning .
No reason why yours won't be good . Especially melted on a steak .
 
We make something similar, but where did you get the Gouda powder? Oop’s I see the above comment!
