Looks amazing, thanks to some folks on another thread I'm getting a great deal on chuck roast (Kroger any of their coupons at any of their stores) and was planning on doing some beef stew this weekend. Not sure if it will be warm enough to smoke it at all though, -24 this morning and that's actually warm for this time of year.
