Afternoon folks! Yesterday, I got the urge for pickled eggs. But didn't have any. I had a couple Hannah's pickled sausage though. So that took the edge off. But then I got to thinking. Use the brine from that to make a small batch of pickled eggs. So I IP'd a dozen eggs. Added garlic, a pinch of salt, dill weed. And enough hot pepper ferment brine to get the PH to 3.6. We'll see in a couple of weeks.
