My father in law once told me about a guy cooking a pot bellied pig. Said it was so fat, the grease dripped down through the cooker and into the ditch, which somehow promptly caught fire. Good times I say.
I have a duck hunting lease with about 500 acres and we've been having a heck of a time with pigs rooting up the place. We set up a hog trap on the property one weekend and ended up with 7 pigs in it. One large pig, two medium, and four piglets.
Those little piggies are the best pork you'll ever eat. Perfect size for a hungry 2 people or easily feed three adding mutiple side dishes.
