This is going to be a long night

I "volunteered" to make pulled pork for a friends daughters graduation party. They bought the meat and I smoke it. Pretty simple. I picked the meat up from them and am now in the process of smoking 70 lbs of pork butt. I have 45 lbs in my GMG DB and 25 lbs in my MES 40. The AMNPS and AMNTS are going strong giving me the TBS I like. Now I have to stay awake for the next 12-15 hours. Fortunately the beer is cold. :biggrin:
