But really think about it….some of the things we as human eat, what was the first person to eat it thinking?

My maternal grandfather's favorite breakfast "meat" was fried brains.
I have no idea where Grandma got them....
My mom used to serve them to us scrambled with eggs. I was maybe 4 or 5 years old when I asked her what the brains really were (as only a child could ask). When she told me they really were brains, I refused to ever eat them again - and she finally quit serving them to us. They came fresh, in a carton, never saw them coming from a can. Big time YUCK.

Rose Pork Brains. Popular around here supposedly. Can find them in most grocery stores. I've never had them but older coworkers say they are pretty good.
