Any brine time ? What was your finish IT , if you know ?

No brine. Just seasoned about 30 mins before going on the weber. One read 185 and the other 190.
I like my dark meat more done than 165

Perfect temp . 165 is for breast meat in my opinion . 175 at least for dark . I'll go all the way to 200 sometimes , but I'm using Pop's brine overnight . Injected and soaked . I add orange or lemon extract to the brine . Great flavor .
