So this storm looks like it will cover half the country in a lot of snow. Looks like I'm up for 8 to 11 inches in Willard OH Temps for the next week or so have highs most days in single digits with negatives at night. I'll be stranded home tomorrow making a big pot of chili. How about your area and is soup on the menu?

We're expecting more ice than anything else here in Ga. Power losses expected as well. Mostly in the teens overnight and 20-30 daily. We're prepping now. The Mrs. is making a big pot of Beef Vegetable soup. Luckily we have a gas stove, so even if no power we can still cook.

It has pretty much passed us now. Sun is trying to come out and has been snowing real lightly since about midnight. Not even an inch of snow but plenty cold. The worst part passed well south of us.

Roads covered with ice in North Texas. Going down to zero this weekend. Got chili going after RecTec finally made it to 225! About gave up.

Our wet stuff is supposed to start around 7pm with sleet turning to snow around 10pm tonight, or so they say...we'll see. Overcast and windy here today with temps in the low 40s. Trying to smoke some bacon right now that I've had curing for 15 days. Shrimp creole on the menu for tonight...

Hopefully you'll be making a post about this shrimp creole!

Days have been in the 40's for most of the Winter here in the Seattle area. Rain of course, but I'm not complaining. Better than what you guys are putting up with.

We got about 3” so far. It’s wanting to break of but forecast says snow tonight so we’ll see. About 40 right now so it’s melting but will get single digits for a couple days and make some nice ice I’m sure. God bless everyone in the middle of this storm, stay safe, warm and well fed.

We are still in the skiff zone. It start snowing a few ago, but they are the smallest snowflakes and it super cold.
