This to me is more than the title says. It’s in the top of my list of favorite meals. Spicy Old Bay marinaded chicken with BBQ spaghetti.
3# boneless , skinless thighs speed thawing in teflon pan.

Ready to pull at 170 to rest for carry over to 175. I prefer this higher temp for tenderness.

Nice meal there guy. Brings back memories of my mom and her chicken spaghetti. Being a poor family back in the days she even used tuna fish as a replacement for hamburger. You usedwhat you had.

I've not had BBQ Spaghetti. Sounds interesting. Grandma died add chicken to her Spaghetti Sauce, aka Sunday Gravy. I love Old Bay on Chicken...JJ

Here ya go JJ. This is a recipe I ran across years ago & sounded interesting. Tweaked to our liking. Only thing we changed was cutting all sugar in half & didn't put meat in it. You can do what ya like though. That way we could make whatever meat we wanted to go with it. Makes for a SWEET sauce which we don't like on our pasta. Plus we all need to watch our sugars. It's a great side dish for smoked meats.

Thanks Buzzy. I saw a DDD where they talked about Neely's BBQ Spaghetti. ...JJ
