Thighs on mini UDS

1st cook on my new 30 gal UDS I made. Thighs, kielbasa, fatty, and pork shots ~275 for ~2 hours. Cheers!

Thanks. I think this will be my everyday smoker. Perfect size for everything except large cooks. And now with a 55 and 30 gal drums with 2 racks each I can cook a lot of food. Can't wait to bring the 30 gal camping. We'll be eating good and I think I'll be meeting more neighboring campers.
