I have tried to get thick cut baby back ribs tender. Does anyone have a good recipe?

The reason they are dry is that thick piece of meat on top is part of the loin, which will dry out above 145 IT. So I try to buy ribs with less meat on top, and if there is excessive loin on it, I slice it off & save for stir fry. Hope this helps.
