Thermocouples wanted

Saw somewhere where there was a man who got tired of paying so much for factory made thermocouples so he started making his own and selling them. I can't find that post so could one of you fine gentlemen point me to that guy?

You can search on e-bay and amazon to find decent priced thermocouples.
