Wondering, my last smoke, I was attempting to see how close my smoker temp gauge was compared to a digital thermometer.
I place the digital probe on one of the shelves, so it would not fall through while I was opening door/etc.
Now, I'm wondering if the temp between that grill and the actual cooking temperature of the air in the smoker are actually different?
