Ide like to start an ongoing post showing my current build which has been going on since oct 2017.

Some backstory, been smoking on a reverse flow drum with a side box for the past 5 years, and have teamed up with 2 buddies i served with in CAF. We started a business the smoking barrel co to bring real smoked food to southern ontario. Our plan, build a trailer unit capable to fit all our needs. Which started with a 25' boat trailer that we picked up for $250. The main frame being constructed of C channel and I beam. It would serve the purpose. We stripped it, and began purchasing all new components. Which we amassed over the past year. Due to work schedule between my partners/weather etc. Is been slow. Due to location we had to source equipment capable of working off grid. Which turned into a very nice machine we purchase. A lincoln sa 200 pipeline welder. So this is where we stand waiting for nice weather to get this trailer rolling and beging building and mounting our 6×3×3 smokebox, grills, warmer, sinks with fresh and waste water tanks, prep area and storage.

Nice project. One of my motorcycle touring buddies is a CAF vet and flight instructor.
