I posted about a year ago my start to this project, can't find that post so here's a brandy new one.

Finally finished the beast, we've dubbed pigzilla.  It took over a year, lot's of blood, sweat and beers, and over a hundred pounds of welding wire.  I made an album documenting the build.  It's everything I dreamed it could be.  Holds heat like a monster, can cook for an army, has built in steam tanks and basting spray nozzles (yesssssss).

Here's a link to the build album I put together.  Comments/questions welcome!

That thing is an absolute tank! Can't wait to see some pics of that in action, nice build.

That's a beauty of a smoker. Nice job. Heard you cooked 14 butts in it last weekend. Need to haul that baby down to Carolina for a test run.

Love the sprayer idea. I think I'll suggest it to Boykjo.

Indeed we did run 14 butts on her last weekend, turned out great!  The thing holds heat well, we're getting good flow from the firebox, under the heat shield, over the meat and out the stacks.  I gotta say, the apple juice injection system works like a charm

Here's some pics from the weekend
