Yep. Fed-ex just dropped off this beauty last night. Can't wait to use it this weekend.

That's a beauty Dave! Do you have a sausage board or are you going straight on top of your counter? RAY

Thanks Ray. I have a large pastry mat that I'm going to use until I find something better.

I have a 2' x 3' sheet of 1/2" plastic that pretty much lives on top of the island. Protects the surface and mark it to twist even links. Actually on my second one, find them on the net for about $140. RAY

Nice Ray. I'm considering getting a folding table that I can set up in the garage for doing the grinding, stuffing, vac sealing, etc. Definitely going to be a work in progress.

Nice ! I just had to rebuild mine . It has the open gears . I'm thinking about getting that model .
Enjoy .

My dining table is another possibility. It's a tall one so I might cover it with a cheapo table cloth for sausage making.

When using that new stuffer things are going to get wet, putting on casings, your board surface, let your kitchen be your kingdom, everything is right there, you will use the sink.

Very nice Dave! That should last for many years. And miles of links!

Oh I'm the king of messing up a kitchen.

I have the same model. You will get a lot of good use from that unit. I have a 3/8” OD stuffing tube for sticks that unit will run with it fine. Any larger tube just gets easier. Congratulations.

Fine looking new toy!

Congratulations! Now you have to make enough sausage so that sucker pays for itself! I have the same stuffer and love it.

One thing I did with mine is mount it to a board. I found it easier to control the casings coming off the stuffing tubes with it raised up a bit.

Thanks! I was thinking about mounting it to a board, and your advice confirmed I need to do just that.
