............me to go buy some spare ribs at 1.99 a pound. I got a rack and a half. Then I said I mind as well do a chicken and wife ask for some pulled pork. So the smoker has been going since 6am. I can't wait to try those ribs, just finished the 3 hours now have them wraped for the 2 hours.

Had the chicken on the lowest rack. Juuust made common sense to me. Everything is looking good. If I really get into smoking, I need to get me a couple of mavericks. I am noticing the the temp is off with the MEB controlls.
