Hi folks, thanks for all the tips and info so far. I'm new to smoking, and will be using a hand me down Traeger, not sure what model but it's old and not digital. I've given up almost every vice I ever had so to keep my man card, I'm getting into smoking meat and grinding coffee. Looking forward to learning and experimenting.
