Hello everyone, I live in Stoney Creek, Ontario Canada.
I have been smoking for about 7 years and I’m still experimenting!
I started cold smoking last year and figured out how to do hot and cold smoking at the same time. Mind you, others have probably been doing the same thing.
Looking forward to learning more from everyone here!
Thank you

Welcome aboard, glad to have. Can't say I've ever cold/hot smoked at the same time. Sounds interesting.

I just took a couple of hvac floor vents and used sheet metal screws to attach one to the smoker and the other to my Charcoal BBQ. I used high temperature dryer vent hose to connect the two together.

That’s a nice set up you have there. I’m wanting to learn more about the cold smokes myself. Welcome
