Hello

The Name is Lloyd (bassnutt). I live in SE Tennessee. At 54, I have grilled a long time and have smoked a little less. Have had Gas, Charcoal, and Electric smokers and grills. Do I have a preference? No, I feel the difference is in the prep, wood and length of cook.

Thanks guys. Found SMF by accident. We planted some apple and peach trees. I've used apple before, not peach though. Did a search and  here I am. Guess I'll be saving the branches of these too.
