Low Country Boil Smash Tacos

Ground up fresh shrimp, diced Andouille Sausage, Crawfish Tails, corn, green onion, cilantro and my homemade Cajun Seasoning all mixed together and spread on tortillas, cooked on indoor electric griddle, then topped with a Caesar Salad mix and a store bought Remoulade Sauce.

Pan seared, oven finished, bacon wrapped sirloin with firecracker corn, garlic Parmesan black pepper mashed potatoes and pan seared scallops finished with a garlic, lemon, basil butter sauce.

Surf and Turf Tacos

Flour tortillas heated in a pan with Quesadilla Cheese, topped with Mississippi Pot Roast, topped with spicy deep fried shrimp, topped with another homemade coleslaw, this time made with a Cilantro Jalapeño Garlic Sauce.

Chicken Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes and homemade gravy with garlic Green Beans.

Sheetpan Smoked Tenderloin, Potatoes and Firecracker Green Beans

Oven roasted Italian seasoned baby potatoes, Firecracker Green Beans and Pork Tenderloin with a drizzle of Cherry Chipotle sauce to finish it off.

I intended to make this sheet pan meal in the Pit Boss KC Combo but the 30 mph winds prevented that so I put the potatoes and the tenderloin in the oven at 425F for 45 minutes and added the green beans the last 20.

Fresh green beans coated with olive oil, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and whole cloves of garlic. Can also use minced garlic. You can roast them, smoke them, grill them or even air fry them.

That bean recipe looks like it could be versatile.
I can envision trying it with asparagus.
Maybe Italian dressing or a vinaigrette in place of the EVOO.
Then Cajun/Creole or Cavender's for the seasoning.
