Really love the Chicken fried steak and gravy on mashed

For the record, that was my first time making real gravy from scratch at home.... and I am still trying to perfect the breading thing on chicken fried steak and chicken fried chicken.. I've gotten pretty close so I'll have to try again soon.

Also, Thank you for the reminder about this thread.. I'll have to update more later!

Yes it is a good thread, and you know as well as I.
Practice makes .... better at least for me.

Your spuds and gravy look great to me . and so does the chicken fried.

Like your collection , but maybe also do a how you did on some of the items as a stand alone. But this is just me asking.

Some of them have write ups that I post the link to just under the title, but a lot of them I've gotten out of the habit of taking the step by step photos and such... if there's something particular you'd like to see, I can try to do a write up on it. Just ask!

Yeah, practice will never make perfect if I'm not practicing the right way LOL

There's an art to the breading thing that I had to learn the hard way with a few failures HAHA.

At least learning is still eating, at least in my house.
