Smoked Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatball Pizza.
I know how much some of you like this plate so I had to use it again.
I wanted a quick dinner so I fired up the Pit Boss KC Combo Pellet side to 450F.
I started with a pre made dough to make this quick.
I gathered all the ingredients and prepped them while the smoker was heating up. Sliced up some pre made chicken meatballs that had mozzarella, garlic and basil in them. Also sliced up some small fresh mozzarella balls, a basil leaf, and got some minced garlic along with some shaved Parmesan ready.
The meatballs came from Sam's Club and are already cooked.
The pre-made pizza dough.
Covered the dough with some BWWs Parmesan Garlic Sauce.
Laid out the sliced meatballs.
Topped that with about a tablespoon of minced garlic.
Spread out the sliced fresh mozzarella.
Topped that with some shaved Parmesan.
Finally Topped it with some fresh basil.
Put in the smoker at 450F for 10 minutes (next time will pull at 8)
Ready to pull!
Resting on the cutting board while I find my new favorite plate.
And once again.. plated!
Thank you for looking!
