Did a little of this and that this weekend. A packer Brisket on Friday, 2 racks of spares and 96 MOINK balls on Saturday. Pizza tonight.

Saturday night - the in-laws came for dinner -
Brisket, Ribs, Baked potatos and corn on the cob.

Did some burnt ends too....

MOINK Balls

Tonights dinner....

And why is the internet evil you ask?

My sweet tooth is in overdrive, but there was nothing sweet in the house. In the back of my mind I recall a 5 minute chocolate mug cake - 2 minutes later I have the recipe, and 10 minutes later I have this...

Best cake I've ever eaten - No.
Best 5 minute cake I have ever eaten? Yes.
Great - access to chocolate cake any time I want - that is just NOT good.

Awesome looking food! And the brownie idea is great, I got up from the computer and went and made it, so easy. Mine didn't poof up like yours did though. I added mini choc chips. Ellie did you use the same recipe that cliffcarter posted?

Now this chocolate thingy you made Elly it low fat right........That's what I thought. Dang it. Everything looks awesome and the meat looks good too.

5-Minute Mug Chocolate Cake Recipe #325674

Made in a coffee mug that you cook in the microwave! I got this from my nextdoor neighboor who found it on an internet forward. its delicous! It can be a little dry, try topping or swirling with chocolate syrup?

5 min | 2 min prep

SERVES 1 -2 , 1 cake </SPAN>
  1. Add dry ingredients to a coffee mug and mix well.
  2. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
  4. Add the chocolate chips and vanilla essence, mix again.
  5. Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minuter at 1000 watts.
  6. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
  7. Allow to cool a little and you can tip onto a plate if you want.
