Thanks for the like appreciate them

Great looking meal.

Rob

Thanks Rob and for the like.

Great looking burgers and potato salad which is a BBQ staple around here, i really thought you were going to fold up the bacon weave for just one burger. lol
David

Appreciate that David and for the like. It's a little to crispy to bend, but you can stack. Imagine 1 pound of bacon on a burger. Ummmmm

Chris

Chris when you cooked the bacon, did you have to put weight on it to stop it from curling up . Or did it just stay flat from the weave
David

No weight needed. It stays flat.

Chris

@DRKsmoking thanks for the like, and good luck if you try it. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.

Chris

Will do Chris, i am hoping to do a fattie next week so i will get my training on the weave for that ( i think it is @disco for the instructions on the whole fattie deal i have )

David

Now that be some serious eats! Excellent work Chris! I keep telling myself to do the bacon weave for burgers. I'm guessing that is normal sliced. Not thick cut?

Disco's a good person to learn from. Very nice and writes great instructions. If you get stuck with the fatty process here's my step-by-steps.

Thanks Steve and for the like. That's more like a thin slice. I was pretty disappointed with the bacon when I opened it. It wasn't a name brand. I like regular slice, but thick cut will work also.

Sorry for being a little late on the response. Been working a lot. Appreciate the compliment and like John. Nothing beats a 1/4 pound of bacon on your first grilled burger of the year!!!

Awesome burger. Looks like a good time was had by all at your gathering!

Attendance was a little light, but I didn't advertise it either. So that may have had something to do with it. All in all it turned out great. Thanks for the like and kindly words Peachey appreciate them.

Chris

I'm thinking that when it comes BLT time at my house I'm gonna have Chris do the bacon weave!
