Here's what the Easter Bunny brought me today. I don't know how big it was because I threw out the wrapper before I could see. I'm guessing 6 or so pounds. I rubbed Brown Sugar, Paprika, Garlic Salt, Onion Powder, Kosher Salt (Thought It Works) and Cracked Black Pepper on it last night. Put it in for 10 hours and it really is one of the best briskets I've ever had. I have learned a lot from people here and appreciate it very much.
