What's everyone smoking for the big game?  I still haven't decided. Then I have another tough decision on what to do for the Daytona 500. A couple big eating weekends coming up.  Lol

Now if it's ideas for dishes you are looking for then you just need to keep hanging out in here and you'll find some really good recipes. There are alot of really good one floating this place.

wings, ABTs  Bagna Cauda, wife is doing a cheese ball, and some dipping  stuff. not sure what else.

going to be pretty much finger food stuff.  small gathering we always have prolly no more than 15 peeps

oh, did I mention Beer!   ice cold! bud light, Peroni, some Fosters, and maybe some fireside nut brown.

the weather isn't looking great for Sun.  I may do my famous indoor pork that we love.  Save a good smoke for the daytona 500.  na matter what I end up deciding to do I will be sure to post pics.  I am not fond of smoking when it is windy and cold with rain and smow mix. there will be plenty of good weather days to smoke it up.

I'll probably be the only one here (didn't plan ahead far enough to invite people over)  so I'll probably just  do  wings.  There's a big bag of them in the freezer, and a jar of my chicken-wing rub in the pantry, so all  I  need to do is add charcoal.

I have two small whole chickens that are going into Slaughterhouses Brine later today, and I am thinking about doing some bacon wrapped jalepeno and MJ cheese stuffed shrimp and maybe some stuffed mushrooms. As for the chickens, I am thinking about going all the way with them and injecting them with the Slaughterhouse injection recipe as well.
