I don't see a need to go over 350 to be honest so it will be fine with me. Im looking forward to getting it going and posting some quality smoking reports again. Lately I have not had a chance to smoke so I can only entertain you with my fish stories.

Lisa you got it right... need the cornbread. I am making some garlicy white beans with spinach this weekend. Some ham in there and serve it with cornbread. Ain't nothin wrong with that ;)
