Thanksgiving is coming up in a couple of more weeks.I look forward to Thanksgiving, probably more than any other holiday. I encourage you to please remember the less fortunate/down on thier luck this Thanksgiving. I plan on cooking at least one Thanksgiving meal for a family that needs it. There is plenty of them out there that can't or shouldn't afford a big spread like that. I am planning on having all or most of my smokers filled with turkeys. Some I will be smoking for customers, one for me, and what ever room is left, I'm donating. I encourage you to do the same. God bless you guys, and let's pray they bring our troops home.
